17th January - CBC meal out together at the Country Style Kitchen, Lancaster Leisure Park @7pm. Please put your names on the list at the back of the church if you wish to go.

27th January - The men of the church are cooking their annual meal for the ladies, spaces filling up book your name on the list at the back of the church.

4th – 5th Feb               Chapel anniversary & Bible teaching weekend 

                                                                     Speaker:  Peter Maiden

                                     Keswick convention speaker and well known bible teacher

                                Saturday evening two bible teaching sessions 6pm and 7.30pm

                                                              Sunday at 10.30 and 6.30pm.

14th – 17th April - Easter weekend.  Why not join us for one of our activities over the weekend, starting with prayer breakfast on Good Friday from 8am followed by the walk of witness through the villages by all the churches starting off at The catholic church station road Caton and making our way up St Pauls church following the cross and calling at all the other churches on the way. We always have a CBC family walk on the Saturday – more details to follow. And of course you are welcome to join with us on the Sunday as we celebrate together the greatest day in the Christian calendar. 

26th March – Women’s day:   Calling all ladies to join the ladies of the church as we share with them on this special day, more details to follow.

 5-7th May – CBC weekend away at Keswick convention site in Cumbria – a time to reflect, have fun and get to know on another better.

12-13th May - Baptist Union national conference at Harrogate international centre, we are hoping to organise a Coach to go and support our Minister as he is recognised as fully qualified Baptist minister.

31st May -4th June – Soccer & Netball School.  – this is a joint event with Brookhouse Methodist and ourselves, last year was amazing with so many young ones attending having great fun and hearing the greatest message of all that Jesus cares for them. More details to follow.

11th June – Sunday school day. The young ones of our church never fail to come up trumps with their amazing acting and musical talent as they lead the church in worship during their Anniversary services.

16th & 17th September – Harvest Thanksgiving weekend. – We all have so much to be thankful for including our food; this is an opportunity to share together and thanks God for the blessing of food that we all share during the year. More details to follow.

12th November–Community Remembrance service at Caton Methodist. 

The churches and groups within our community meet to share and remember those that have given their lives in service of our country; this is a short service at Caton Methodist church prior to meeting around the cenotaph with others from the community at 11am
